REFUND POLICY

Frankie. Mane Returns & Exchanges

At Frankie. Mane, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, ethically sourced 100% human hair extensions of exceptional quality. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict return standards to protect all customers.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The extensions are unused
  • The product remains in its original packaging
  • The security seal or tie has not been removed
  • The hair has not been worn, brushed, washed, cut, coloured, or altered in any way


Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@frankiemane.com.au

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to the original payment method.
